Invitations Site E-Commerce Site Re-Engineer

My family owns a successful Birthday invitations store, and I want to start moving the business into the web space. The site we like is is : www.weddingpaperdivas.com . I wanted to receive a quote from you regarding re-engineering of a site to have the exact same functionality this one. This site I am personally paying out of my pocket, on this one, so I wanted to get a feel for the budget, so that I may properly allocate my funds. Again, this site will be an exact replica. Exact replica, in terms of functionality. This is a very detailed project, seeing as though the program must be able to store all the different invitation files and fonts. Additionally, the user must be able to input their wedding invitation on the fields, and that information must populated on to on the card in the preview section. A robust shopping cart is necessary, and must link up to my banks merchant account. Most importantly, the user's order information but be saved, and be able to be sent out to (1) The Printer (2) The Paper Company (3) Our corporate offices, witch each of the three entities receiving specific information that they need to start and complete their order. The key to the project is for the user to be able to create a select, design, and create a custom invitation using our site. From there, they can select the quantity & price. Preview the invitation they design. Then Order and Pay for the invitations. That transaction information will then be sent to our company & its vendors for processing.

Please let me get a DETAILED project proposal of the duration of the scope of work, and more importantly a specific in price for the project. Ideally we will be looking to start building the site in the next 2-3weeks. If this information isn't suffice. Please respond back to me with a list of questions you will need to better understand the project requirements, so that you can better gauge the price. My price range is $1500 to $4000. I am looking for the most professional company that is responsible, efficient, honest, and available to communicate with me during US pacific hours (im in CA).
